Thanks for the offer Scott, but I'm good. I honestly don't care what changes are being made, as I do not choose to be a Comcast customer.

I do admire you though for the ballsiness of your response and I'm sure Rico is happy to hear positive news.

We can help with this. Send me your contact info to scott.westerman@comcast.net and we'll get on it.

I've been here in ABQ for about a year and we've come a long way since Liz's experience as a contractor. Liz, if you're still out there, here's an invite to come visit us and see what's changed. I'll introduce you to the leaders and you can ask any front liner any question you like. Shoot me a note if you'd like to take me up on it.

Rico - don't worry. If it goes downhill and you end up having to call for tech support, I can help. Not with the tech support...but I can definitely let you borrow some rope. Heck, I'll even loan you rafter if you need it.

Rico, Jeremy is right---go with DirecTV---better channel selection, most HD channels, good customer service-----

regarding Internet, I wouldn't recommend Wild Blue or Hughes Net (satellite internet systems), unless you live in the boonies and it's your only choice.

Qwest will "bundle" their DSL with DirecTV & basic phone---saves some money.

E-mail me if you want to find out more about DirecTV, I sell & install it, along with home theater, etc.

I love Willard. I love that area. I've often wondered what it would be like to live in a small place like that.

And what do the waiters have to be grumpy about? Pollution? Traffic? Escalating crime in Willard?

Oh, and did the Duckboy actually use the word "Fabulous"?

Well, I called them several times because they kept screwing up on my installation date. Then I called them the last time to find out how much it would cost to add HDTV to my cable. Gotta watch that KOB news in HD!!

And Liz, your comment on how Comcast customer service works really scares me! I hope everything stays working because I'll end up blowing a gasket!
