Teachers. They are supposed to be there to help educate you in the field of study you want to make a career of right? Well, I’ve met a couple teachers that shouldn’t be professors in any sort of secondary school. There are a few specific types of teachers that piss me off the most. So here’s a short list, and I’m sure I’ll be able to expand on this later…
Now THIS is what pisses ME off…
Roommates. We all have them and for the most part are satisfied with the company they provide us on a day-to-day basis. But everyone has those roommates that have those little “quirks” that drive you half way to the point of needing to move to a padded room. Now THIS is what pisses ME off…
So I went grocery shopping the other day. I was just minding my own business looking for Hot Pockets and other things to bring to work for lunch. And I know what you’re thinking, Hot Pockets are delicious, and I completely agree. As I was browsing through the aisles I saw a guy I graduated High School with walking down the same aisle. I didn’t particularly like this guy in High School…he wasn’t in the same group of people that I hung out with…I did date his sister though, so that’s the only reason I had any interaction with him back in those days. I tried dodging the awkward interaction that was sure to come as much as I could, but needless to say I failed. I attempted to turn my head to avoid eye contact, turn my body so he wouldn’t think I saw him, take out my cell phone to seem like I was enthralled in a conversation with someone I actually wanted to talk to. Despite all my efforts he says, “Hey man, how ya been?”. I replied politely with the usual “Oh not too bad, how ’bout you?” Then he gives me his life story about having a kid with his ex-girlfriend, who he caught cheating on him, the kid might not be his. And how he just got laid off from work because he hurt his back in a car accident, he was drunk driving and hit a parked car, he’s getting sued for it.
Now THIS is what pisses ME off…
I was at the bar the other day with a few of my friends for my best friend’s bachelor party. We were all slamming shots and having a good old time. All of a sudden we notice this group of very attractive girls walk in. As they walked by we noticed one of them was not very attractive and was very much heavy set. We all cracked jokes to each other about how she didn’t really fit in with that bunch. I went up to the bar to grab a round of Patrón shots for me and my buddies. The hippo just happened to be also getting a round for her friends and was now standing next to me. She looked up at me and we locked eyes for a couple seconds. Now me, feeling very uncomfortable and awkward with the silence, just gave a polite “Hi”. She then said…”In your dreams buddy” and looked at me in disgust, then walked away.

I love seeing when people just can’t seem to figure something out. It happens at work all the time and I see it everywhere else. I hate it when those same people get all pissed off and grumpy because they can’t figure it out and then bitch and complain about it! Especially when I know I can do it very easily. So I’ll say “Hey, you want me to do it dude”…but he says in a very frustrated tone “No dude…I can get it” then he tries and screws it all up. Then he throws something and starts pouting.

I am 25 years old and am a supervisor at my job, which I happen to be extremely good at. We get a lot of new guys in my area. The one in particular that has been pissing me off a lot lately is quite a bit older than me. By about 23 years (I understand 48 isn’t all that old, but at my job it is). He seems to think that because he is older…he is better than me at the job. But this old bastard has found out very quickly that he is not. He will question what I tell him to do and try to tell me we should do something differently, instead of the way we ALWAYS do it and the way our supervisors WANT us to do it. For instance, there was a piece of steel that was cut wrong and didn’t fit, so I put that piece off to the side. Then this fossil comes up, grabs it and tries to bolt it in place. I say to him, “Hey don’t even try that man, it doesn’t fit.” To which he replies “Uh, what do you mean it doesn’t fit?”
