I can’t stop going to the new Nob Hill Bar and Grill. Here’s what’s calling me back:

I don’t think I’ve ever stiffed a waitress on a tip before, and God knows I have had reasons to do so, but chickened out once the check came. I’ve always left something and usually still at 15% even when service has been atrocious.
