The oldest of three kids, growing up was easy. Nintendo console drenched in Grape Nehi? Tiffany did it. Cupcakes missing from the counter? It was TJ.

Yeah, Liz had a pretty sweet life until she grew up and realized what she was doing was wrong, which, coincidentally, was about the same time her brother came home from the Marines and could kick her ass.

Liz graduated from high school in the top ten percent of her class and was awarded automatic acceptance into any Texas university…not quite as sweet as the NM Lottery Scholarship Program, but at the time, she was pretty stoked and rushed off to west Texas for the next six years.

After college, Liz did what any rational coed would do and got the hell out of there before she ran into someone else who knew her from her less than honorable days as an undergrad. On a whim, she packed everything she could fit into her ’91 Bonneville and headed west.

Liz sputtered into Albuquerque in 2006 and has spent every day since convincing her family and friends that she’s not insane for living here. She and her cowboy boyfriend are shacked up south of town and spend every day possible outside in the awesome New Mexico sunshine.
